UPDA MMUP Qatar Exam Pattern, UPDA Exam Syllabus & Chances

MMUP UPDA Qatar Exam is System Based One Hour Exam.
Exam Pattern is Full of Objective Questions (25 or 27 Questions). We must get Minimum of 13 Right answers out of 25 Questions & 14 Right Answers out of 27 Questions to Pass UPDA Qatar Exam.

Every Applicant Can Avail Maximum Four Chances for getting the License.

2) Click English or Arabic language. Then Select Engineers & Engineering Committee Option. And Then Select Registration and Follow-Up of Application Option. And Then Select Apply Option.
3) Click ‘Enrollment Engineer’ Option. Then an Uploading Page will open which will automatically guide you for the stage by stage uploading. At each stage you have to upload the Relevant Documents.
4 ) First, You have to Enter Your Personal Details.
5 ) Second, Educational Qualifications, Third, Training Program Details (Optional), then Work Experience Details ( Optional ) etc.
6 ) Last Step, will ask for Other Documents. There You Need to Upload Remaining Documents like Curriculum Vitae, PassPort, Individual Marksheet, Transcript (Consolidated Marksheet ) etc.
7 ) After Click the Final Confirmation, it will generate Two Enrollment Forms (Enrollment 1 and Enrollment 2). Print this Enrollment Form and keep it you.

There You Can find an Option to Generate a Request Letter to CID to obtain Qatar Police Clearance (which means for what purpose you need Qatar PCC). Print that generated letter. The generated letter will be in arabic.

4. Upload Two Documents (Home Country Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) (Left Side) and Request Letter (Engineering Committee Letter) (Right Side) Through Metrash2 Application.
5(a):-Payment: - After Submitting Documents, Automatically Request to Pay 10 QAR. You Need to Pay 10 QAR through a Credit or Debit Card.( Preferable Credit Card )
5(b):- Once You made Payment, You will be Getting Qatar Police Clearence Certificate within 15 Days.
Note: -
Once you have done all Process, Keep on Checking Your FollowUp Status in the Metrash2 Application. Initially, FollowUp Status will Show like Registered, once they approved, Status will be Reflect as Approved or Printed. Once you got this Status (Approved or Printed), Kindly, Visit CID Office at Salwa Road along with QID and then Collect Your Qatar Police Clearance Certificate (Qatar PCC)

Requirements to List Your University Under MME Qatar MMUP Qatar UPDA Qatar:-
If Your University is not enlisted under MME, Please follow the steps listed below:
Step: - 2 Approach to MME Exam Qatar Office along with attested copies of your Academic Certificates, Passport and QID.
Note: - Every Thursday, MMUP Exam Qatar Office is handling these issues with Engineers through consultations
Then MME will issue an Arabic letter for your submission to the Supreme Council of Higher Education (SCHE).
Approach Supreme Council of Higher Education (SCHE) at Ground Floor (Opposite to Gulf Times Office) to submit the followings documents:
Step:-2(A) Submit S.S.C, H.S.C Certificates and Mark sheets (Original+Photocopy), Passport Copy, QID Copy, Photocopy of attested Engineering Degree Certificate and Marks Sheets.
The above documents need to be submitted for obtaining validation of grade 12 education systems. SCHE will provide Validating Certificate within 3 to 4 working days.
Then MME will issue an Arabic letter for your submission to the Supreme Council of Higher Education (SCHE).
Step:-2(B) Submit attested engineering degree certificate and marks sheet (Original+Photocopy), Grade 12 Validation Certificate, MME’s Arabic letter, passport copy, QID copy and Release of Information Consent Form. Release of Information Consent form should be obtained from the Counter. Fill up the form, scan and send (email) to your University Registrar Office with cc to Qatar Ministry of Education (email provided in the form).
Scan all of the Required Documents and then submit via online account. For creating an online account, the applicant can either use this link (http://nce.sec.gov.qa) or seek help from SCHE’s IT staff sitting in front of the counter.
Then submit all the documents to the SCHE counter and get a receipt for the next follow up. So far two-three weeks are required to get a reply from SCHE depending on the communication between the applicant’s University & the Ministry of Education in Qatar.
In parallel, you can communicate with your university by email or phone regarding these issues and let them know SCHE will send mail or enquire for equivalency of certificate.
Check with SCHE as per given time by them accordingly. If everything is okay then, they will give you an approved Arabic letter. After that, you can approach MME for Your Exam.
